We make it easy for people to own and rent income properties safely and securely while providing clean safe affordable homes.
We believe that a Professional, Customer-Oriented Approach, based on Research and hard work, can improve the standard of living and quality of life in our communities
We do not believe in the financialization of housing to maximize shareholder profits through stocks and as a result, we do not work for corporations, manage apartment buildings, or Investment trusts.
We don't believe in flipping houses and driving up real estate values. We do believe in creating lower-cost housing options by responsibly adding new living spaces. We believe in providing energy-efficient, healthy environments people can thrive in.
We believe that if our clients earn and save $60,000 plus for a down payment and risks it by investing in long term housing they deserve wealth and prosperity as a result.
We are honored to guide our clients so they have more time and money to pursue their passions.
The Avail story is about how Tony Sera went from a hard-charging workaholic.
To build a company that nearly killed him
To finding true wealth beyond money and living a happier, more fulfilling, life by design.
I got started in Real Estate Investing because of my desire to be present and intentional in my children's lives. I worked in a physically challenging industry and extremely long hours. When we had kids I had no idea how I was going to work less to be home for my family and maintain the income needed to provide for them.
I used to build innovative custom homes for a venture company and had a drywall contracting company with a couple million in operations.
When my wife Melanie had our first child I fired all of my worst customers and slowed my business down enough to be there for my wife and to cherish the midnight moments with our new baby. I was a natural father with a magical chest for calming an upset child.
The problem was more good customers came along and the company had lost a key employee. (my wife to motherhood)
I tried to hire but labor shortages and the example I set as the leader of my company wasn't inspiring. "Come work with me for 90 plus hours a week lifting 8 tones of drywall and spending full days sanding drywall like dirty hot yoga for 10 hours straight." My workaholism self-made Relentless lifestyle that put everyone and everything last including my own health. No reasonable person signs up for that.
My business was in charge of my life, not me. I started to search out ways to make money that wasn't dependent on my time input. I found Real Estate Investing by attending the Authentic Real Estate System weekend.
For 20 years I laid my head down on my pillow and assessed how I could drywall houses better faster and cheaper. I was burned out and having health problems. I quit smoking and totally changed my diet trying to hold it all together.
When we had our second child 4 years later my business was bigger and now l had rentals to take care of too.
I reassessed how I was living my life. I hadn't made time for friends and family in so long that he had lost touch with all of them
You can be rich and not wealthy
If your work or business doesn't support you to enjoy your time and a wealth of meaningful relationships, more money isn't the answer.
Melanie and I turned our contracting company into a property management and Coaching business to help people benefit from real estate so you can have the time and money to follow your passion

Real estate investment can make you less dependent on your job, secure your retirement future, and lower your stress by diversifying your portfolio outside of stock market volatility.
Real estate has long been a favorite asset class of the wealthy and it can be yours too. The wealthiest 20% of North Americans are allocating 24-29% of their portfolios in hard assets, such as real estate.
Real Estate investing has produced more millionaires than any other type of investment. Its exceptional wealth-building potential will add both diversity and financial security to your portfolio.
So why doesn't your financial advisor sell you real estate investments? The old model is broken. There is no commission structure for them to make money offering Real Estate Investments. In fact, if you take your money out of the market and put it into real estate they lose the fees they charge for managing that money. They have families they need to feed too. Will a realtor tell you now is a bad time to sell?
Now more than ever, you need to educate yourself to prepare for your future, whether it's buying a house, paying for college, or saving for retirement.
In today's unsettled financial markets, where most pension plans died out with the twentieth century and where no one's certain of the future of Social Security, hardworking people turn to financial advisors to guide them to a worry-free financial lifestyle. But do you really know how to find a legitimate financial advisor? Do you understand the jargon advisors use to explain your investments? And most important, do you know the answers to the most critical questions that will affect your financial future: how much are advisors' fees, and just how safe are the investment choices they make on your behalf?
